It’s okay to go to grad school (or finish your BA) at any point in your career. I completed mine at 57!

I attended UW 35 years ago (Russian Studies) and then had a successful career in politics, government, public relations, nonprofits and advocacy. I came back to ISS in 2019 and completed my degree (focus on Institutional Racism). I lead a nonprofit in Washington State (League of Education Voters) and am getting my Master’s in Public Interest Communications, as I want to do adjunct faculty work in the future. My advice is to never give up. Learning is lifelong. You can make it work for you. Final comment: learning is addictive. I forgot how wonderful it is.
