Are you in need of a quiet space for an upcoming virtual interview? The Career & Internship Center (134 Mary Gates Hall) has rooms available for students to reserve, Monday – Friday between 9:30am and 4:30pm. Rooms include: Table, chair, whiteboard, electrical outlet.
This services is only available to current, matriculated, degree-seeking undergraduate & graduate students at UW-Seattle. Students in certificate programs are not eligible for our services.
To request the space, please use the form below and keep in mind the following:
- Requests submitted outside of regular business hours (9am-5pm) will receive a response the following business day. Therefore, if you are in urgent need of of a room confirmation, please consider alternative room options across campus.
- Same-Day requests, even for short interview and meetings, can be submitted however, please be aware that there may be limited availability, especially if the request falls between 11:00am-2:30pm (a very popular time for room room requests).
- This request is for a room only. We do not have any equipment available for use. If you’re in need of a laptop or other technology for your interview, please check out the Student Technology Loan Program.
- We are not always able to accommodate all requests. Submitting this form does not guarantee that a space will be available.
