Reach Out and Take Risks
My first year in my degree was also my first year of college in-person. Attending office hours, speaking with graduate students from various institutions, and reaching out to current professionals in the field helped me find my passion in Speech-Language Pathology. With the help of these mentors, I learned to take risks that were pivotal in shaping my future.
None of us are alone in our path to attain our goals. Learning to find the right resources and people can orient and guide you forward.
