You belong! Take calculated risks and push your boundaries; become comfortable being uncomfortable. Don’t rest on yesterday’s accomplishments; development is continuous and multidimensional. It’s okay to make mistakes, lean into them and maximize their learning value. There is no single misstep that can define success or failure. When you find success, give back to the people and communities that invest their time, energy, love, and support in you. When you stumble, reach out for help. When you’re strong, help someone else up. Don’t give up!
