As a Career Coach, I thrive while working with students and recent graduates to help define and reach their goals. I am excited to help them find passion in their major or career, gain new hands-on experiences, navigate the job search, and answer any questions they may have. I am excited to help any and all UW students explore their career interests and I am thrilled to be part of your support system while you work towards building your future!
Born and raised in South Florida, I earned both my bachelor’s degree in English and master’s degree in Higher Education Leadership from Florida Atlantic University. As an undergraduate student, my career goals and major changed plenty of times before discovering my graduate program and the world of career coaching. Prior to working at the UW, I held a number of positions in higher and secondary education, including career counseling, teaching, event planning, and assessment. These experiences helped me understand the impacts of leveraging transferable skills and responsibilities, while I learned how to use that knowledge to help students.
Outside of work, you can probably find me going for a hike, baking, reading a new book, or trying out new restaurants. As a new resident of the city and state, I am awed by its beauty and excited to call it home!
