Focusing on Interview/Applications
During school you often spend several hours studying or doing homework or going to class every day that some people lose sight of the big picture which is getting a job. Dedicate time for applying to internships or full time positions rather than focusing solely on school – many people neglect this aspect. Once you get an interview, definitely spend time practicing (even out loud to yourself) so that you get comfortable and feel confident on the day of the interview. A lot of people spend plenty of time in schoolwork related things but neglect the job/career aspect when that is the end goal of going to school.
