Have a Growth Mindset
I’d encourage students to adopt a growth mindset. Go the extra mile to stand out, be open to opportunities so that you can figure out what your goals/interests are, and embrace those challenges. I would also look to try and build those relationships with your professors, peers, and professionals. They can give great insight, and who knows, they may be your coworker or manager one day.
