Know Your Worth
From talking with my peers and former students, I noticed the most common fear that hinders us from landing that “dream” career/internship is the belief that we are not good enough. My advice to students who are looking to enter the workforce, regardless of if they have experience or not – is to be confident in their skills. Know your worth. Your confidence is going to help you ace those interviews and negotiate for competitive salaries & benefits. Do not settle for less.
