Elizabeth Pendo, Senior Associate Dean for Academic Administration and Kellye Y. Testy Professor of Law, is seeking to hire a Hazelton Fellow for Winter and Spring quarters to assist with research related to Initiative 200 and ABA accreditation standards.

Appointment Term: Winter and Spring 2024
Hours: up to 19.5 hours per week
Salary: $20.33/hour. This is an hourly position not eligible for tuition waiver. Student hourly employees accrue one hour of sick time off for every 40 hours worked. Accrual begins at the start of employment and is available for use the following month.
The primary responsibilities of this appointment are expected to include some or all of the following:
- cite checking
- editing
- obtaining sources and materials
- compiling bibliographies
- preparing briefings and analysis on cases, statutes, regulations, and/or legislative history
- performing other organizational and administrative tasks related to scholarly efforts
Minimum Qualifications:
- Completed least one year of a J.D. program
- Experience with Microsoft Office
- Familiarity with legal citations according to Black’s Law Dictionary and The Bluebook
- Familiarity with legal terminology
