Job Description Summary
The Enterprise DEI team is seeking a qualified intern to support and promote the DEI efforts across the broader Enterprise organization as we continue the implementation of our 3-year DEI strategic plan. This internally focused plan is organized around three pillars: Workforce, Workplace, and Marketplace. This position will report to the Sr. Manager, DEI.
Salary Range: $18-$25 per hour.
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the development, growth, and sustainability of our employee resource groups community (ERGs).
In partnership with the Enterprise DEI team, ERGs, Communications team, and others, assist in the planning and management of Enterprise-wide DEI events and programming.
Partner to coordinate the planning of Diversity, Equity & Inclusion Council (DEIC) meetings – including developing meeting agendas, preparing presentations, etc.
Participate in the DEIC evolution planning and implementation.
Continue to evolve the DEI SharePoint site and support the development of DEI content to be included on the Enterprise website.
Work with the DEI team to research DEI best practices, develop possible new approaches, training, policies, and procedures to effect continuous improvement of DEI programming and efforts.
Provide administrative support for events, meetings (tracking notes and next steps), updating the DEI library, tracking the DEI calendar, etc.
Support project management and coordination as needed across the DEI team.

Well-versed in Microsoft Office (i.e., PowerPoint, Word, etc.), Zoom, SharePoint, etc.
Interested candidates should have or be working toward a bachelor’s degree in a related field and have a strong interest in creating and developing safe, equitable and inclusive spaces. Prior experience in Human Resources is desirable but not required.
