We are currently seeking Customer Service Interns who are looking for hands on experience with the various aspects of customer service. The position is extremely fast paced, requires above average written and verbal communication skills, time management and organization. Must be agile and completion driven. Education matches may include Business Administration, Business Management, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Quality Management.
All internships are paid. Opportunities include but are not limited to:
- Communicating directly with professional and end consumers in effort of identifying and solving problems.
- Troubleshooting problems via phone and video conferencing.
- Processing all Customer Service documentation per the CS Standard Operating Procedure
- Daily CS metric reporting to internal and external teams
- Working with multiple teams including production, shipping, sales and accounting in effort of closing loops and ensuring expeditious completion of all CS incidents.
- Statistical analysis of CS incidents.
