Responsibilities:
Content Creation:
Understands the overall concept of the company, including the brand, customer, product goals, and all other aspects of service.
Assist in creating engaging and visually appealing content for various social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Youtube and LinkedIn.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with brand messaging and marketing campaigns.
Create editorial calendars to promote our brands on various platforms.
Ensure brand message consistency.
Community Engagement:
Monitor social media channels for comments, mentions, and messages.
Engage with our audience by responding to comments, direct messages, and participating in relevant conversations.
Social Media Analytics:
Assist in monitoring and analyzing the performance of social media content using analytics tools.
Compile reports on key metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Campaign Support:
Support the execution of social media campaigns, including content scheduling, monitoring campaign performance, and reporting results.
Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and implement creative campaign ideas.
Trend Research:
Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and industry best practices.
Provide recommendations for incorporating new trends into our social media strategy.
Creative Collaboration:
Work closely with the design team to develop visually appealing graphics, images, and videos for social media use.
Contribute innovative ideas for social media content and campaigns.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
Passion for social media and digital marketing.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with major social media platforms and trends.
Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools.
Familiarity with content scheduling tools like Sprout, Hootsuite or Buffer is a plus.
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
