Founded in 1989 by Ken and Grace Evenstad, Domaine Serene has quickly become Oregon’s iconic producer of world-class Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, including Oregon’s highest ever rated wine. Located in the heart of the Dundee Hills in the Northern Willamette Valley, Domaine Serene’s picturesque winery houses one of the world’s most advanced winemaking facilities.
Marketing Intern Mission:
The Marketing Intern will support the Domaine Serene Marketing departments by assisting with data entry, writing assignments, providing administrative support, and assist the Director of Marketing. The candidate for this role should be able to work independently and with a team. This is a great opportunity for exposure to the sales processing and marketing sides of the wine industry, and the intern will work closely with a cross-functional group, including Marketing, DTC, and Hospitality
Marketing Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain accolades and awards database with current ratings and reviewed provided by major publications
- Collaborate on writing assignments with marketing team
- Provide support to the Marketing Department and other key cross-functional teams
- Manage our assets, including images, videos, labels, and brand collateral.
- An active participant in the development, execution and management the brands’ web, email, digital, and social media strategy and content.
- Copywriting, editing, design implementation.
Requirements and Qualifications:
- Must be currently enrolled in a four-year program, preferably in the Business field
- Ability to work independently and with a highly collaborative team
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in a professional environment, display tact when handling sensitive information
- Strong interpersonal communication skills
