LGBTQ+ STEM conference opportunities through O4U – Apply Now!

Out for Undergrad is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering high-achieving LGBTQ+ undergraduates to reach their full potential.

O4U started in 2004 and each year, the organization hosts 3 weekend-long conferences (Digital, Engineering, and Business) across the nation. At each conference, students learn about bringing their authentic selves to the workplace, network with high caliber employers, discuss with LGBTQ+ leaders who are subject-matter experts in their industries and form lifelong mentor and peer relationships.

Conferences are cost-free for students to attend, but you must apply.

Applications for the Engineering & Life Sciences Conference and the Digital Conference are still open: https://www.outforundergrad.org/apply
