The 2023 Mercer Seattle Diversity Summit is a one-day, in-person event that will give students from underrepresented groups the opportunity to learn more about Mercer‘s work, potential career opportunities, and to network with team members at the firm.
This event is geared towards junior and senior (class of 2024 or 2025) level students from under-represented backgrounds in consulting. This includes but is not limited to:
- Racial or ethnic minority group
- Lower income household (<$72k)
- First generation college student
- Person with disabilities
- Veteran
- LGBTQ+
Students from all majors are welcome to apply and no prior consulting experience is necessary! The application deadline is September 17, 2023.
