Who We Are
The UW Business Alliance is the University of Washington’s first pre-professional LGBTQ+ student organization. We are open to all undergraduate students of all majors. UWBA brings in speakers and queer professionals from around the world for both recruiting and social opportunities for LBGTQ+ students. UWBA is affiliated with the Michael G. Foster School of Business.
Mission Statement
To provide professional aid and support for LGBTQ+ and allied undergraduates at the University of Washington through various programs including mentoring, targeted recruiting, and informational workshops.

Keep in mind, all RSOs are open to all students, so you do not have to identify as LGBTQ+ nor do you have to be accepted to the Foster Business School in order to join.
