Jobs for Humanity: Job Seeker Training Modules (Open to Public)
Jobs for Humanity paves the way to a fairer future for all by connecting historically underrepresented talent to welcoming employers. Through the combination of cutting-edge recruiting technology and expert D&I consultation, Jobs for Humanity makes inclusive hiring seamless, scalable, and sustainable.

Integrate Advisors: Employer Connect Program (Requires Application – contact directly)
An interactive networking program designed for autistic and neurodivergent jobseekers to facilitate education, communication, and awareness between candidates and employers. This program provides participants with the opportunity to learn about corporate culture, refine job search skills, and effectively present themselves as job candidates. Participants will be given the opportunity to interact with senior executives, hiring managers, and recruiting professionals from various industries. 

iSocial: Social Skills Development Program (Requires Application – contact mgriggs@isocl.net)
iSocial is a university research-based program that can dramatically help people living with autism develop the social skills they need to succeed independently. We form groups by matching 6 participants across the U.S. based on age, abilities, needs and interests. Professionals conduct the virtual sessions after rigorous training & apprenticeship.

We achieve this by designing holistic course subjects for neurodivergent students that capture workplace needs, draw on the strong authentic voice of our neurodivergent teachers, and apply peer-reviewed literature. Project HIRED: Training and 1:1 Coaching (Requires Application – contact directly)
Project HIRED provides comprehensive, cost-free training and 1:1 coaching to support job seekers with disabilities throughout their journey — from getting started to getting hired. To become a client, attend a cost-free, virtual orientation.

Neurodiversity Pathways: Career Readiness Training (Requires Application)
This training is aimed at individuals who hold a two or four year college degree (or equivalent), are currently underemployed or unemployed, have set the goal to get a job and be good at it, and need the knowledge and support to strengthen their motivation and drive to reach the goal. This comprehensive program consists of 17 weeks of training including simulated workplace experience and optional 6 months of job search and placement coaching. For those who do not want to or cannot commit to the full 17 weeks, our courses can be taken in a flexible manner to suit your needs, current situation, and comfort level.

Neurodiverity Hub: Mental Health & Well-Being in the Workplace Training (Enroll then Pay for Course)
A world-first mental health and well-being resource and training toolkit to support autistic employees. A collaboration between DXC, ANZ Banking Corporation, Olga Tennison Autism Research Centre at La Trobe University (OTARC) and Untapped. Designed to fulfil the shortfall of mental health training, tools, and processes in the workplace – specifically for supporting autistic employees.
