Employers across the nation who hire new college graduates have identified a few core skills that are critical to students’ success in the job search and in the workplace. These are called the NACE Career Readiness Competencies and are replacing UW’s Level Up initiative. This video describes why these competences are important, lists/defines the competencies, describes resources for students and staff, and highlights the Career Readiness + Inventory.
