We’re seeing students with a wide range of approaches to job searching, some which aren’t likely to lead to success. Especially in a complicated job market, students need to be mindful of how they represent themselves, use AI, engage with recruiting platforms, make connections, etc. Some also need to shift their overall mindset about what is worth applying to. We’ll share tips and resources that you can share with your students…both those graduating soon and those who still have time to make adjustments before actively hitting the job market.
