My name is Alex Enbom. I'm a assistant merchant in the retail division for the Lands' End clothing company in Dodgeville, Wisconsin. I play a large portion in product developments so I really work cross-functional partners to help through the development life-cycle of any products. So I'm interacting with my design team, I'm reaching out to sourcing, I'm going through planning. I'm kind of doing a whole interaction to create every piece of clothing product that we have. So right now, we're working on Spring/Summer 20. Its Spring/Summer 19 right now, we're already working on our next year. So we just went down and did our global line plans. Technically, we're an international company, so we have Europe and Japan partners. One of the projects we just did was interacting with all of our partners, finding out what their product needs are and then helping see how we can develop their needs into our lines. So basically creating that whole projects. So that is one of the things we have tied in right now is a big milestone. Another portion that I play, a really big hands on role as a global merchant, is retail development where growing more and more in store presence. Were opening stores at a rapid basis. So helping decide like what product goes where and helping the visual components as we grow those store footprints. We also interact with our sourcing partners to find out what our costing are for our international factories and kind of see where our fabrics coming in. We work closely with design to see, like how things are fitting. What adjustments the product we need to make. And these are all things we do on a daily basis. So kind of going in, we it's, kind of ... Every single day is a new product that we're touching. New product we're adjusting. And when we do get the time to really sit down, we really dig in to the analytics of our business. And that's a big component of it is just reading all of our sales history. Diving into what colors are working. What sizes are working. And making adjustments that really day in day out that is what we do every day. So.
