Uncovering UW Talent: A new way of finding, interviewing and retaining the best UW students

Would you like to help us completely rethink and rework the recruitment process? Do you want to help design and pilot a novel approach to attracting and retaining the best talent from the University of Washington, more specifically College of Arts & Sciences? If so, we invite you to join us for a workshop co-led by the UW Career & Internship Center and the Center for 21st Century Liberal Learning (C21). We will be seeking your insights, feedback, and ideas around new models of how students encounter career opportunities. Moreover, we are committed to changing the programs we offer College of Arts & Sciences students to better fit the needs and realities of your recruitment and retention goals. We see this workshop as the first concerted effort between UW and employers to reinvent how the University situates student learning and engagement in the context of career readiness. We hope you can join us.
