Many students choose to spend a year or two after graduation providing service, domestically or abroad. The pay is often nominal but participants engage in meaningful work that makes a difference; meet interesting people from a wide range of backgrounds; develop tangible skills to leverage for future opportunities; and build a strong network of like-minded individuals.
