The Executive Director oversees three functional areas:
The Coaching Team includes 1) an Associate Director, 2) three career coaches, and 3) three student employees who serve as paraprofessional career coaches.
The Employer & Community Connections team includes our 1) second Associate Director, 2) Internship Program Manager, 3) Employer Engagement Manager, 4) Career Technologies Manager, and 5) Peace Corps Recruiter.
The Operations Team includes a Program Coordinator and a student employee.
We are supported by a shared Administrative Services Team and supervised by an Associate Vice President for Student Life.
