Make Use of Opportunities
My biggest piece of advice is to be a sponge and really make the best use of your time at UW by attending events, applying for programs, reaching out to professors and other students, etc. Additionally, do the research (the internet is your best friend for this). For example, if there is a major you are interested in, learn as much as you can about it (read what people say online, browse the department website, etc.) before just immediately applying. My last piece of advice is to make sure to know your limits. Burnout is real and can really zap your motivation which in turn can make it hard to do things that you want to do.
