Be the One with the Solution
It’s important to understand the problem and understand if something isn’t working, but at the end of the day people hire you for the solutions you provide, and if you come up with solutions at an internship, you will earn yourself more cool work! Besides this, work hard, practice and be diligent at effectively communicating, and most importantly work to improve your engineering approach and engineering knowledge every day. No one expects you to know everything, but they do expect you to follow the engineering process, so work more closely on that than the specific work itself. Finally, if you’re given smaller tasks that are obviously not too important, still put in 100 percent effort!
