Don’t use academics to value your self-worth
The biggest struggle I had in undergrad was correlating my academic accomplishments to my own self-worth as an individual. Realize that what you learn and your abilities have nothing to do with what grade you get or what awards you win. Engage in research/internships/activities/classes and definitely try hard, but don’t overload yourself to the point of sacrificing your own mental and physical wellbeing. Four years go by so fast and I really wish I had spent more time enjoying myself and being an undergrad.
