Keep on Truckin’

There were countless times in my journey to pharmacy school that discouraged me and nearly convinced me to give up. Whether it was a bad test grade or a bout of depression, I found myself asking, “am I even cut out for this?” But that’s the thing: those challenging classes and experiences with mental health are exactly the reasons I AM cut out for this path. There is beauty in the challenges you face and there is much to be learned from your own deficits. In the words of David Foster Wallace, this is water – keep swimming, never give up, and never stop learning from your past.
