Mission:
First Generation Business Leaders is a non-profit organization that aims to facilitate transition to college for first-generation students through initiatives such as providing mentorship networks and sharing academic and social resources among members. As well as helping first-generation students develop professionally and personally, build community among first-generation UW students, and lastly, provide the first-generation student community a platform to express its voice and advocate for themselves.
