This is a remote position; however, candidates must be based in the Seattle or Los Angeles area. Please do not apply if you do not currently reside in Seattle or Los Angeles, or if you do not plan to relocate to either area if selected for the role.
About Yirental
Yirental is a Seattle-based fast-growing vacation rental management company. We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Market Operation Manager to help expand our homeowner network in the Greater Seattle and Greater Los Angeles area, strengthen our brand presence, and support local operational growth. This role begins as a part-time, 3-month position, with the potential to transition into a full-time role based on performance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing team to source and onboard homeowners in the Seattle or LA market.
- Serve as the primary contact for day-to-day local operations, including:
- Conducting regular property visits
- Supporting property onboarding and initial setup
- Coordinating repairs and damage resolutions
- Sourcing, vetting, and managing local vendors
- Act as the on-the-ground representative for Yirental in the Seattle or Los Angeles area.
- Represent the Yirental brand professionally in both online and offline communications.
- Help organize and attend local networking events, property tours, and other community engagements as needed.
Qualifications
- Strong written, verbal, and in-person communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Customer-centric mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
- Mandarin speaker preferred
- Previous experience in marketing, sales, or operations (preferred).
- Familiarity with short-term rentals, real estate, or hospitality industries (a plus).
