Please note this is a global program that can be done from anywhere. Applicants outside the United States are encouraged to apply.
WPP is the creative transformation company. We use the power of creativity to build better futures for our people, planet, clients, and communities.
We provide our clients with access to the best expertise across WPP, delivering transformative business results for the world’s leading brands, including AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson, Pfizer, TikTok, Coca-Cola, Ford, Unilever, Netflix, Amazon, Nike, and Wendy’s.
We recognize the importance of access, exposure, learning, and development early in your career, and NextGen Health is designed to provide that for anyone with little to no experience in marketing or advertising.
This program will introduce you to the Healthcare Advertising ecosystem and what it takes to produce creative, purpose-driven work for some of the largest brands while navigating the competitive, regulated healthcare market.
We invite you to join us whether you are interested in science, medicine, healthcare, love numbers and creativity, catch cultural trends before they happen, are motivated by social change and helping others, or if you are simply curious about what we do.
What is the WPP NextGen Health Program?
It is a global 10-week immersive learning program designed to introduce you to WPP, the industry at large, our people, the work we produce, and what it is like to work at an agency.
This program will give you access to experts across WPP, our clients, and partners; and provide you with opportunities to gain hands-on experience working on real client briefs across our offer to clients, including communications, experience, commerce, and technology.
Built with inclusion at its core, the NextGen Program aims to lower the barrier to entry and address the current diversity imbalance in the creative industry.
As a NextGen Health participant, you:
- Are interested in learning more about our industry, WPP, our agencies, and our clients
- Are curious, creative, and passionate about solving problems
- Are at least 18 years of age by the start of the program (June 6, 2022)
- Have access to a working computer or mobile device with a network connection
- Can commit to 2-4 hours per week for the 10 weeks of the program
- Will be a part of a global community of NextGen Leaders and Alumni
