WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Assisting in maintaining records on admissions and discharges and creating reports.
- Conducting all of the releases of information for Social Security, Department of Children and Families, Department of Social Services and outside providers.
- Preparing records that are subpoena and deliveries records to courts.
- Conducting audits of charts to ensure medical record documentation completion.
- Preparing reports and charts to surveying bodies such as Department of Public Health (DPH), Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) and Joint Commission

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS – GENERAL EXPERIENCE
Four (4) years of experience in the maintenance of medical records and preparation of statistical reports.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience with court subpoenas proceedings.
- Experience with medical terminology.
- Experience with Outlook, Excel and Microsoft Office.
- Experience utilizing interpersonal skills in the workplace, with coworkers and clients.
- Experience providing clear and throughout communication.
