Manager, Technology Product & Solutions:
- Managing the strategic vision for appropriate domain and provide a viewpoint on strategic technology acquisitions and implementations, vendor selection and professional service provider selection.
- Demonstrate accountability, make timely and appropriate decisions on portfolio programs, project delivery, resources, scope and budget.
- Lead teams through complex ambiguous problems by providing a framework for decision making.
- Lead, coordinate, and facilitate cross-functional team members (business and technology) in building the capability roadmap for Total Rewards Products and Services.
- Work with Technology PMO, Architecture, Business, and other technology teams to prioritize and deploy strategic programs in the Starbucks Technology portfolio.
- Serve as head product owner for Total Rewards and develop the overall strategy for all HR technologies needed to support the business, including Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation.
- Evaluate the current stack of sap on-premise and determine the best strategy to move current operations to the cloud.
- Evaluate industry and technology trends, determine applicability to Starbucks and translate into Starbucks specific strategies.
- Manage the portfolio of HR system applications and maintain technical business relationships with vendors to understand their strategic path for the future. Ensure delivery of agreed upon support and service level agreements, act as the point of escalation to resolve any vendor issues.
Telecommuting permitted up to 40% per week.
Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week. Salary: $251,576 per year.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, plus 5 years of experience. In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, employer will accept an additional 2 years of experience.
Must have 5 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors, including Payroll, Core HR, and Compensation modules.
Must have 5 years of experience in managing technology teams.
Must have 5 years of experience in system design and developing business processes.
Must have 5 years of experience in application configuration management.
Telecommuting permitted up to 40% per week.
Domestic travel required up to 5%.
