POSITION SUMMARY:

Reporting to the Director of Strategy, the Corporate Strategy Associate will be involved in a variety of duties related to the development and implementation of our long-range Strategic Plan. This internship will be a highly visible, multi-faceted role that will provide an opportunity for the right candidate to learn and grow within our flourishing business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will assist in the development of long-term strategic plans and presentations that tell a clear, concise, cohesive story
  • You will conduct research to help inform strategic priorities
  • You will support the team by monitoring industry trends and competitive dynamics and identify new growth initiatives
  • You will perform in-depth analyses to evaluate internal or external investment opportunities
  • You will complete a capstone project focused on a strategic initiative

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • You are pursuing an MBA from a college or university with a graduation between December 2023 and June 2024
  • You are an enthusiastic, curious self-starter with a strong work ethic, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple workstreams
  • You are highly organized, self-directed and able to complete tasks with minimal direction
  • You have exceptional presentation development skills (design and verbal)

  • You possess strong logical reasoning, as well as verbal and written communication skills
