In this Recruiting Coordinator role, you will:
-Review and post job descriptions to job boards
-Schedule interviews and phone screens, work directly with candidates and hiring managers, in some cases arrange travel for visiting candidates
-Update candidate records and job postings in ATS
-Run background and reference checks
-Schedule recruiting events for Hiring Managers
-Provide follow-up correspondence to candidates and Hiring Managers on recruiting status
-Track recruiting activities and provide candidate status reports
-Coordinate scheduling of post-interview internal debrief meetings and provide debrief materials
-Identify opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
-Assist in the coordination of other Recruiting and HR activities as needed
-Bachelor’s degree preferred
-1+ years of recruiting coordinator or human resources experience
-Prior experience working with an applicant tracking system (ATS)
-Team player, solid work ethic, willing to pitch in where needed
-Strong customer service orientation with a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations
-Ability to interface with all levels of the organization and with external candidates
-Great organizational skills and attention to detail, able to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks
-Flexible, able to change direction quickly
-Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and in dealing with ambiguity
-Candidate will have a solid sense of accountability and acute personal judgment
-Ability to handle confidential information and escalate issues when appropriate
