Latin America Program Manager, will reach out to individuals and institutions, including universities and professional associations abroad, especially in Latin American countries, informing them of opportunities for work and work-based training in the U.S., particularly in the Chicagoland area for Spanish-speaking professionals and inviting them to apply for specific positions through CIP. Simultaneously intern will also reach out to businesses and nonprofits in the Chicagoland area informing them of the opportunity to onboard highly talented professionals from abroad for full-time work at their firm, under a work-based training program.
