1. What Majors are included in each Resume Book?

We offer three Resume Books year round and they include the following populations.

All Majors: All majors represented on the UW Seattle, Tacoma, and Bothell campuses; this book is best for recruiters looking for a skillset that is represented across a wide range of academic majors. If you would like to check the population of a specific major, feel free to email the HuskyJobs Heldpdesk and we will check those current numbers for you.

Business and Economics:
– All undergraduate/graduate degrees offered through the UW Seattle Foster School of Business, the UW Tacoma Milgard School of Business, and the UW Bothell School of Business
– Economics

2. Where can I access my Resume Books?

All Resume Books that you have been granted access to will be located within your Employer Account under the “Resume Books” tab on the left hand side of your homepage. You must complete a Resume Books Request form and submit the necessary payment in order for the Resume Book to appear in your account.

3. What criteria can I search/filter by in order to identify potential candidates within a Resume Book?

You can search and filter candidates by Keyword (full text resume search), Major, Class Level, Campus Branch, and Graduation Date.

4. Can I send a mass email to identified candidates?

Yes, you can. From within your Resume Book, select the candidates you wish to email, click on the “Batch Options” button and select the “Mail to Checked” option. Fill out the Email template on the subsequent page and hit “Continue” to mass email those selected.

5. How do I generate a PDF of the applications I received? 

From within your Resume Book, select all the candidates you wish to include in the PDF. Click on the “Batch Options” button and select the “Generate Book” option. On the subsequent page, enter a name for the PDF, CC any additional recipients, and select “Submit Request” to receive an email containing your publication.

Please note:  You will not be able to process PDFs larger than 100 pages in length. We recommend breaking up your PDF publications by selecting candidates in groups, rather than selecting all candidates at once.
