1. Is there a fee to post a job/internship on HuskyJobs?

Yes, the fee for all for-profit organizations is $35 per posting while the fee for all non-profits/government agencies/educational institutions is $10 per posting.

2. How do I post a job/internship?

  1. Under the “Shortcuts” menu on the right hand side of your homepage, click on “Post New or Repost Position”
  2. Fill in the job listing template
  3. Enter payment information and hit the “Submit Payment Information” button
  4. Hit the “Submit” button at the very bottom of the page after all selections and payment has been made

3. Can I edit my posting once it’s been submitted?

No, once a posting has been submitted you’ll be unable to make changes to it. Please feel free to send any/all edits to the HuskyJobs Heldpdesk and we’ll make all requested corrections to the posting asap.

4. How can I view the job posting as it appears to potential applicants?

  1. Login to your HuskyJobs account
  2. Under the “Shortcuts” menu on the right hand side of your homepage, select “Job/Internship Posting (View Current)”
  3. Click on the posting you wish to view
  4. Click on the “Preview” tab to view the posting as it appears to potential applicants.

5. Can I close my job posting early?

Yes, you can submit a Close Position Request to close a posting early. Otherwise, your posting will remain active in HuskyJobs for 30 days after it has been approved.

6. How can I repost a position that has closed?

  1. Login to your HuskyJobs account
  2. Under the “Shortcuts” menu on the right hand side of your homepage, click on “Post New or Repost Position”
  3. At the top of the job posting underneath “Position Information” is a dropdown box.
    • All postings that have expired within the last two weeks will display in this immediate dropbox.
    • All postings that have been expired for longer than two weeks have been archived; select the “Show Archived” button to display all archived postings:

 

 

 

 

 

4. Select the job title you would like to repost (whether in “Current” or “Archived”). The job posting will auto-populate with all previously entered information.
5. Include Payment information for the second job posting and hit the “Submit Payment Information” button to confirm:

6. Hit the “Submit” button at the very bottom of the page after all changes and payment has been made to send to the database for approval/posting.
