1. What do I need to have in order to establish an account on HuskyJobs?

In order to vet opportunities confidently for our students, employer accounts must include the following in order to be established:

  • A complete contact name (both first and last)
  • A well-written company description
  • An email address with a listed domain that matches the company name and company website
  • A web address/URL that matches the company name and is functional
  • A business license from the state in which your company operates their business

We unfortunately will be unable to approve your account if your request omits any of the above listed information

2. How do I register an account?

You can register an Employer Account in HuskyJobs by filling out the Employer Account Request Form. The request MUST be approved before you will be able to log into the database! Once the request is approved, you will receive an automated confirmation email containing your login credentials and temporary password.

3. I have an account but I’ve forgotten the password. Can I reset it?

Absolutely, just enter the email address you registered your account under into the Forgot my Password tool to immediately receive an automated email containing a new randomly generated password. You may then manually change your password after you’ve successfully logged back into your account within your profile.

4. Can I transfer my account to someone else?

Yes, just email the HuskyJobs Heldpdesk and provide the email address the account is currently registered under, the full name (first/last) of the new account holder, and the email address of the new account holder. Once processed, they will receive a confirmation email containing their new login credentials.
