 	<li><span data-sheets-root="1">Understand and identify some new best practices and standards for onboarding and retaining new employees</span></li>
 	<li><span data-sheets-root="1">Consider how to revamp aspects of your hiring processes, including: position descriptions, onboarding checklists, career fair participation, hiring rubrics, team-building, and more</span></li>
