UW Seattle 2026 In-Person Winter Job & Internship Fair (Info for Employers)

Attend the 2026 Winter Job & Internship Fair to increase your brand visibility and access a broad talent pool of UW students, alumni, and community members in the midst of their Winter Quarter job and internship searches. Job and internship fairs provide an opportunity for companies to demonstrate their company culture, network with other businesses and potential candidates, and share information about their open roles. COST:

$900 – Corporate/For-Profit Booth

$350 – Government/Non-Profit Booth

New! Featured Employer Rate: As a Featured Employer, your organization will receive robust promotion leading up to and on the day of the fair. Your logo and indication as a Featured Employer will appear in all promotional efforts in pre-fair marketing efforts, day-of-signage, and on the digital and physical booth maps. Spaces are limited!

Featured Employer Corporate/For-Profit: $1,200

Featured Employer Government/Non-Profit: $475

REGISTRATION INCLUDES:

Two representatives (up to two additional representatives can be added for $50/representative)

Table and chairs (please bring your own linens, decor, and/or company swag)

Parking pass for all attending representatives

Light lunch, beverages, and refreshments

Inbound/outbound shipping services

Electrical access, as requested

MORE INFORMATION:

This fair may not be a good fit for you if you are hiring for the following types of roles: physical therapy, occupational therapy, nursing, or teaching. Not sure? Contact the Career Fairs & Events Team

When registering for the fair, please take care to post any open roles for which you are hiring in Handshake and link them to your registration. Students will preview these when conducting their research for the fair.

You need to have an active Handshake business page, as well as an active user account attached to it, in order to register. If you’re new to Handshake, start the process of creating your account and connecting with the University of Washington Seattle/Bothell.
