In this webinar, we discuss how your organization can build environments that allow neurodivergent communities to succeed and thrive. In this presentation, you can expect to:
- Meet your guest speaker, Dr. Hala Annabi

- Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of neurodiversity
- Appreciate the importance of neurodiversity in the workplace:
- Participants will learn about the strengths neurodivergent people may bring to the workplace and the importance of neurodiverse teams (those that include neurodivergent and neurotypical people). By recognizing these strengths, organizations can enhance team dynamics, problem-solving capabilities, and overall innovation.
- Understand how to create a neuroinclusive workplace:
- Participants will learn practical strategies and best practices for creating an inclusive work environment that supports neurodivergent individuals. They will learn how to cultivate an environment where everyone is valued, respected, and empowered to bring their authentic selves to work.
