UW Seattle 2025 In-Person Spring Job & Internship Fair (Info for Employers)

Attend the 2025 Spring Job & Internship Fair to increase your brand visibility and access a diverse talent pool of UW students, alumni, and community members in the midst of their Spring Quarter job searches. Job and internship fairs provide an opportunity for companies to demonstrate their company culture, network with other businesses and potential candidates, and share information about their open roles. The 2025 Spring Job & Internship Fair is open to all majors and years of study (including alumni) of all three campuses, as well as community members. Wondering if this fair is a good fit for you? This fair may not be a good fit for you if you are hiring for the following types of roles: physical therapy, occupational therapy, nursing, or teaching. Not sure? Contact cicevents@uw.edu.

When registering for the fair, please take care to post any open roles for which you are hiring in Handshake and link them to your registration. Students will preview these when conducting their research for the fair.

You need to have an active Handshake business page, as well as an active user account attached to it, in order to register. If you’re new to Handshake, start the process of creating your account and connecting with the University of Washington Seattle/Bothell.

Registration will open on February 28, 2025. Registrations are first-come, first-serve, and we are able to accept up to 100 employer booths. Our waitlist will open after all slots are filled.
