UW Seattle 2024 In-Person Winter Job & Internship Fair (Info for Employers)

Attend the 2024 Winter Job & Internship Fair to increase your brand visibility and access a diverse talent pool of UW students, alumni, and community members in the midst of their Winter Quarter job searches. Job and internship fairs provide an opportunity for companies to demonstrate their company culture, network with other businesses and potential candidates, and share information about their open roles. The 2024 Winter Job & Internship Fair is open to all majors and years of study (including alumni) of all three campuses, as well as community members. Wondering if this fair is a good fit for you? REGISTRATION RATES:

Corporate companies: $500

Government & Non-Profit companies: $300

REGISTRATION INCLUDES:

Two representatives

Table and chairs (please bring your own linens, decor, and/or company swag)

Parking pass for all attending representatives

Light lunch, beverages, and refreshments

Inbound/outbound shipping services

Electrical access, as requested

This fair may not be a good fit for you if you are hiring for the following types of roles: physical therapy, occupational therapy, nursing, or teaching. Not sure? Contact cicevents@uw.edu.

When registering for the fair, please take care to post any open roles for which you are hiring in Handshake and link them to your registration. Students will preview these when conducting their research for the fair.

Employer registration is open through January 30, 2024, at 4:30pm PT. Registrations are first-come, first-serve, and we are able to accept up to 101 employer booths. Our waitlist will open after all slots are filled.
