This position will sit within the Real World Evidence (RWE) Research Team, where you will be central to the teams responsible for implementing primary and custom health care studies and delivering highly impactful evidence studies to RWE clients within the health care field. You will be helping with process- quality checks, general market research/health outcomes research duties such as questionnaire and protocol editing, and checking through programmed surveys online.
Responsibilities
What we are seeking:
- You have recently graduated or will be graduating soon with a BA/BS degree in Behavioral Sciences, Life Sciences, Health Studies/Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field with strong interest in primary qualitative and quantitative research design, delivery, and analysis.
- You are a teammate who can work collaboratively as well as independently.
- You possess strong attention to detail, with multi-tasking and organizational abilities.
- You possess problem solving and decision-making skills.
- You demonstrate excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills are a must, specifically MS Word, Excel and Power Point
Details to know:
- This position will be remote. Preference will be given to candidates in EST Time Zone.
- This position will be scheduled for 30 hours per week.
- This position is scheduled for 6 months and will begin in June 2024

US: Hiring Range: from $18.99 to $53.00 per hour; from $39,500 to $110,240 per annum.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
