We are open 9:00-5:00, Mon-Fri. We do not host drop-in coaching during the summer.

Students of Color

At the Career and Internship Center we value the multitude of perspectives and stories that students of color bring to our campus.  Your experiences add great value to our university and community and we want to help you think about and articulate how your unique perspective can benefit any academic department, organization, company, or employer.  Your prior experiences have given you skills and values that any hiring manager or committee would find attractive. If you are one of the many students who has worked continually or seasonally, we have coaches and workshops that will help you write and talk about your past experiences in a way that will broaden your opportunities. We also want to talk to you about how you can find meaningful opportunities that align with your values and interests while you are a student at UW.  Our coaches can point you in the right direction when it comes to research, internships, student jobs, volunteer opportunities and more!
