Career Coach

Eli Heller (He/Him)

As a pre-professional career coach, I am thrilled to be working with pre-health students, students pursuing careers in business, and all degree-seeking students. I strive to help students gain impactful out-of-classroom learning experiences, such as internships and job shadowing, while studying at the UW.

I was born and raised in Southern California, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Literary Journalism and Art History at the University of California, Irvine (UCI). I then moved to Seattle to attend Seattle University, where I earned my master’s degree in Student Development Administration. Prior to my role at the Career & Internship Center, I served as an exploratory academic advisor at Bellevue College, helping students explore their academic options and clarify their priorities when selecting a major, professional program, or university to ultimately attend. I am excited to build relationships with UW students and alumni and aim to meet students where they are, academically, professionally and personally.

Outside of work, I enjoy singing in the Seattle Men’s Chorus, hiking, skiing, traveling to new places in the Pacific Northwest, and spending time with family and friends.
