about working in mental health, with children, or in adult rehabilitation? Then it’s time to explore occupational therapy!
This elective course will introduce you to the diverse field of occupational therapy where OTs help individuals of all ages and backgrounds regain independence and participate in daily activities that give their lives value and meaning.
You will understand the roles, responsibilities, and practice settings of occupational therapists. The course provides foundational information, historical perspectives, and an overview of clinical practices from various occupational therapy practice settings.
Lectures will include presentations from guest clinicians.
