We are halfway through the year! Take time to reflect and create three FIREWORK career goals to achieve by end of 2025.
🎆Create a Skills Goal: This goal is can either support your current role or an aspirational career. Consider using LinkedIn Learning or Forage, FREE resources for UW students and alumni.
Example: I will complete LinkedIn Learning’s “Amplify Your Communication Skills with Generative AI” by December 2025.
🎆Create an Experience Goal: This goal supports your professional growth and your resume through employment, internships, volunteering or personal projects (that are career related).
Example: I will apply to 15 Research Coordinator positions by September 2025.
🎆Create a Networking Goal: Networking is a supportive tool to help you learn your career, create future opportunities, and identify areas of growth.
Example: I will conduct six informational interviews with alumni to learn about medical school applications and how to succeed in the program by January 2026.
