The Peer Group Program provides mentorship for Women In Bio members and is a unique, year-long opportunity for women in the life sciences community to connect through small peer groups. With over 140 participants already engaged, the program continues to expand across King and Snohomish Counties. MAPS offers a supportive environment to:
- Build meaningful connections with peers
- Share professional experiences and challenges
- Strengthen your support network for long-term success
Each group of six to twelve women is organized by location to ensure optimal participation. WIB membership is required to participate in the monthly peer group meetings.
