Employer Connect 2025 is a 9-week virtual networking and job search skill building program designed for autistic and neurodivergent individuals across the U.S. The program runs from September to November 2025, with 2 weekly Zoom sessions held on weekdays from 3:00–5:00 PM ET. Participants will engage with professionals from top companies—such as LinkedIn, Barclays, and Paramount—to gain insight into corporate culture, strengthen job search skills, and build their professional networks. Each session will include a brief company overview, interactive job search activities (e.g., mock interviews, resume tips), and small group networking.
To be eligible, applicants must have completed at least one year of undergraduate study or hold a college/graduate degree and have an autism diagnosis or similar neurodivergent profile. Participants must commit to attending all sessions, follow guidelines around professionalism, and prepare for each session by researching the host companies. Access to a computer with internet, camera, and mic is required. The deadline to submit a resume is May 23, 2025. This is not a job fair, but a unique chance to connect with industry professionals and build long-term job search skills.
